  • Went here for the first time yesterday. Heard great things and wanted to see for myself. Like most women in Charlotte, I've spent a lot of money at Catchet and Polished just to have a mediocre job done. When you walk into Ultra, it is small but gorgeous. It is SO clean! They take sanitation seriously, which is a plus for me. I got a pedicure first. There were comfy pillows and blankets. The water was kept hot. At one point, the nail tech even turned the faucet on so more hot water came into the bowl. It was heaven! Probably one of the best pedicures I've had in a while. I got a polish change to remedy a broken nail situation. The nail tech carried conversation to me and made me feel welcome. I have already recommended to my friends. Give them a try! Also, it's $5 off your first time. There is a rewards program, which is awesome. You get $5 off every $100 you spend. If you get your nails done often, those rewards will definitely come in handy.
