This financial advisor doesn't even deserve one star do to her unethical behavior. I was assigned to her by Edward Jones after my last advisor left the company. While having my first meeting with her she tried to hurry me through documents to sign and at one point tried to have me sign a document with only the signature page showing. I told her I wanted to look it over first before signing in which I did. As I was leaving I was handed a packet to "look over" at my convenience. While reading the "take home" items I realized that some of what I was reading were pages from the document that I signed that had not been including with the document when I signed it and which I never would have agreed to. Basically the document was about 20 plus pages but I was only given 5 of them to look over when I signed the document.
She also told me that she was going to sell a couple of items in my account that were not performing well, however she sold everything. Months later my account is still really messed up and I still don't know just how much money I have lost since everything was sold right after it went down and do to fees charged for the transactions. I now have a new advisor who is trying to straighten it all out.
