| - Understanding that Great Clips has a quota to meet for how many haircuts they need per week/month, I was still willing to give them a shot. The lady cutting my hair took notes on what I wanted. I told her that I have two cowlicks in the front, and two in the back- incredibly difficult to deal with if they are cut too short. As the hair cutting begins, everything seems normal. But then I notice that she isn't using water to dampen my hair, like every stylist I've ever used does. She was dry-chopping the top of my hair, cutting off about an inch. It felt very sloppy and was looking very weird. Next thing I noticed, she grabs a handful of hair on my back cowlick and cuts it all the way off. I was stunned, but at this point didn't care; I wear a hat most days anyways. The thing that upset me most was when she said, "So I cut off your cowlick because I don't like them. They stick straight up if u cut them short, so you have to cut them all the way down. And when they start sticking up, thats when you know you need to come back and get another haircut anyways." Needless to say, I'll never be coming back here.
