  • I was in the area for an appointment and had a craving for waffles. Ely's hit the mark- waffles came hot with softened butter. My over easy egg was cooked just right and the coffee was good too. My server Ron was very efficient and personable- pointed out special dishes served on the weekends-menudo and pozole. Several patrons were enjoying these dishes this morning and seemed to be enjoying them. This new restaurant appears clean and well organized.
