So I have been trying to fix a simple billing issue to no avail. I was charged three times for a vaccination that I should have only been charged twice for. I keep being referred to Tammy who has been hostile about it since day one (I don't even know this lady) and no help at all. I have all bank statements and receipts for these charges, but all Tammy says is "you're going to make me look back through your statements to check" or "we have already reversed your funds." I have told her that I have three charges on my bank statements and the corresponding dates and the reversal did not go through. Since then she has avoided my calls, or tells me she will get back to me, hangs up, and never responds. If this women is in some kind of leadership role and can't even amend a simple billing issue, I do not trust her or this VCA to handle my most beloved fury friend. I would not recommend this VCA, but if it is your only option for some unforeseen issue. Watch your billing statements like a hawk. As I am sure this is not the first time they have so blatantly stole from someones wallet. We, my dog and I, will not be giving another dime to this company.
