  • Everything was on point except one major thing.....the haircut! The atmosphere was clean, they offered a hot towel service for first time clients. The hairstylist told me about the product she used in efforts to upsell retail products to me. She also told me about a clean up service that sports clips offers where the client can come in at anytime in between haircuts to get their edges lined and cleaned up for free! Thats awesome! Now, I don't remember who my hairstylist was but I do know she was of hispanic descent. She absolutely had no idea what she was doing when cutting my hair. Im not a hairstylist; however Ive been getting my haircut for all of my life and Ive also worked in the salon industry for 10 years and even I know that she should be using the cut as a guide. Instead she was just grabbing hair wherever she seen fit and started cutting. My husband is a non practicing barber and even he was wondering what she was doing. Luckily hair grows back and after two months I feel normal again but I will say that I will definitely not be returning back to this barbershop
