  • Got to Vegas and needed a furnished place quickly. Lisa at the front desk told me that this dump had WiFi, it was down right now, but would be back on line on Saturday (6 days) I trusted her, and paid in front for a month. Of course that didn't happen, and it's now 2 weeks later. When I ask the front desk about it, they smugly say only that it is still down, and they have no idea when it will be working. When I told one man at the front desk that I felt ripped off he gave me a threatening scowl! This place is terrible. It's noisy, and the furniture is terrible. I can't even use the bed, so I sleep on the couch. A big burn is on a coffee table. No remote for the TV that doesn't get all the channels the guide lists, so I had to buy one from them for $10.00. The Security, and maintence staff have been helpful, and polite, but the front desk appear to be Liars, Rude, and Surly. I'm stuck here for 2 more weeks unless I move out and surrender 1/2 months rent. There are many other by the week/month apts. Try those. I had to select a "star" rating to post this, so I gave it an undeserving 1!
