  • Lucky is the best thing since sliced bread. I went to a different location days prior and got a crap attitude and basically sat in silence while he made a phone call, then he proceeded to tell me I could have done this myself.. like I wasted his time. I walked into this location yesterday where Lucky helped me and went above and beyond. Helped me get my phone fixed, answered questions and went above that and found out I could get an employer discount if i brought in a check stub. This is the kind of customer service that keeps me with verizon and a happy and loyal customer. Thanks Lucky!
