Taylor,
I received this email today. After my experience I would have to say that this description sadly is incorrect. The daycare area did not seem clean in the slightest. I sat for a while with my child, and upon seeing some of the toys, questioned whether they had ever been cleaned. When I entered the childcare area, one of the two attendants was painting her nails and not watching children. That does not seem to fall within a childcare professionals job description. There was also one point whenI was called into the childcare area because my child would not stop crying. When I entered, my 12 month old was sitting in the middle of the floor, by himself, bawling his head off. I understand that they attendant has moly little kids to watch after, but leaving a very young child by themself and making very little effort to console them does not give me any reason to trust this daycare facility. I walked in another time prior to that, because I could not see my child for a solid 10 minute on the daycare camera, and found that my child was in the bathroom to follow an attendant, this same attendant also informed me that she didn't change wet diapers unless they were leaning out the sides, but 'usually changes super poopy diapers.' Any time I checked in, it seemed only 1 attendant was watching the 6-10 kids present, and the other attendant was zoned out completely.
Your weight facility was quite clean and well maintained, but your women's locker room was a bit unloved.
I do like Mountain Sides location, but your daycare really blew it on selling me on a membership.
I will probably use the rest of my 5 day pass, but will not be bringing my child in. It was a big disappointment.
