| - Very bad service at the bar. I have been coming to this casino for food and drink at a bar for a year. I never had any issue with the bartender except one. She is very rude. She's older lady (can't really tell if she's white or Hispanic). She's there at night. You will notice right away because she is the only one who will tell you that if you play 3-5 coins every time continuously, then she can comp you drink. Anyway, I went there today. Had dinner at the restaurant, then walked to the bar. Put in $20 and gambled a little bit. Then she asked me what kind of drink do I want. So I ordered a drink. Then, I ordered the shrimp cocktail which I paid for myself. After 2 mins of gambling, I had to stop gamble a little bit in order to text someone. When she came back, she saw me texting. She yelled at me and said if I'm not gambling, she's gonna charge me for the drinks that I ordered. So, I said I has been gambling. I just had to text my friend for a little bit. Then, she said "No, you are not gambling". So my question is how did she know I wasn't gambling. She has been walking around and served drink to other customers. Maybe she has nothing else to do. I tipped her $2 which I should have taken it back. She then threaten me that she will call the security if I yell at her. So, I was so mad and got up and talked to the manager. He's not really doing anything. I told him that if they want me to pay for the drink, I'll pay for it. I have money. Don't even care about the comp. The manager just kept blaming that he's his false. But he's not gonna do anything. Just gonna talk to her. So, that's it. I'm not going back there again. Not if that bitch is working there. I will not recommend any of my friends or anyone to go there. I would rather go to the joker wild or other casino where they welcome their customers and better service. I have no intention of going back there. Also, not to mention that the whole casino smells like smoke which stain my shirt every time I go there. Rest room is nasty. Looks like they don't really clean it often. It's only one restroom there. So, as a conclusion, it's a very bad casino. I don't want to step back there again. I don't want to see that bartender anywhere. I would recommend you guys to go to joker wild casino or drive a little bit further to sunset station, or east side cannary or SAMs town casino for the bar. They treat their customers very good. Not an asshole like this one. If you really have up go there, ask for another bartender (usually there are two of them there). The while young girl is very nice. She doesn't complain or bother you at all. She's very friendly. Lastly, this casino doesn't have the player card so they do comp by recognizing your face. So, they have no way to tract how much you have been gambling.
