  • Went here for dinner as advertised prime rib for $9.99. The chalkboard said it ends at 8pm. I get seated at 7:50. The waitress arrives and I order the special. She says to me " what time does your watch say." I look and it says 8pm. She says " then the special is over". Some customer service. She takes 10 min to get to me and then by MY watch she goes by that the special is over. I ask her about the $7.77 24/7 special and she says I have to order a drink with it. I send her away and go find the manager and advise I got there before 8 and because she took too long to get to me I apparently missed the special. He said he would speak to the chef and see if it was still possible. Without so much as a word, the same waitress comes by less than two min later and just drops the plate, saying nothing. My med rare prime rib was well done. The potato cold and rock hard. Not impressed. No tip and not coming back.
