  • After you came to our home and tried to repair the damage to our fiberglass door, we decided that your expertise and experience in the painting business was limited. You were given two times to repair your mistake. You did not prep the door and it blistered. We had four different experts from Lowe's, ABS Doors and Valspar Paint inform us that since the door was fiberglass treating it with chemicals would destroy the finish. Your measly $125.00 refund did not even begin to cover the cost of a new door. The new door cost us around $1,600.00. This did not include having to hire a new painter to paint the frame and several hundred to install the door. The door was only three years old. Nothing was wrong with the door we just wanted to change the color. I think if you were honest and had integrity you would have stepped up and helped us pay for your mistake. Instead you dumped the burden and expense on us without any apology. After all your ad said you are licenced, bonded and insured. "Satisfaction Guaranteed."
