  • Renter Beware! This management company nickles and dimes you any way possible. They are constantly sneeking in hidden fees and charges that don't even make sense. When we signed our lease with them, neither the manager or assistent manager even bothered to come out of their office to sign with us. A random person have nothing to do with our property, wearing shorts and flip-flops signed with us. When it comes to repairs, they told us they only repair the bare minimum, not comprable to what the house currently has, thus creating mismatched, trashy looks. The backyard of the house we rented had a sprinkler system that barely worked and they claimed that was our responsibility. So, we fixed it up, but the sprinklers that were there only hit half of the yard and we were told that it was our responsibility to hand water the rest because it better be kept up. WORST RENTAL COMPANY...do not rent from these people.
