  • Took my Chihuahua here about 1 year ago for a quick groom, and it went smoothly. Decided to come back with my Shiba Inu this time. Extremely friendly customer service - can totally tell everyone's got a dog personality, and I honestly don't mean that in an offensive way at all! Completely complimentary. The princess went in totally nervous, and the groomers said that she wasn't a handful. Think they were just trying to be nice 'cause I saw them take trimmers to her claws, and she would not sit still for them. Greatly appreciated that they could handle her though, so I tipped them nicely. Will see how well the princess does when I bring her back in the next month or two, and I'll ask them to add a service.
