I had a very negative experience at this specific location. I use UPS a lot, never knowing that each one has its own policies and procedures. Today I came in to return an Amazon box and it was not taped shut. The man told me that I needed to purchase tape to close my box. I have never been told this before at any location, so I asked him if this was a policy at all locations. He shortly told me that each one is individually owned and operated and told me it would be $3 to tape my box. I paid and left and will not be returning to this location for any of my shipping or packing needs.
