If you go after 4 on a Friday or Saturday for the gourmet buffet, it is by far the best buffet ever. We go there at least 6 times a year and probably more. We just budget it for 6 times, lol. They have lamb chops which are always a little red but you can have them put on the grill to get them well done. They have ahi poke, spicy tuna rolls, sushi rolls, and caviar. They also have prime rib which is hit and miss if you like it medium rare and kobe beef which is also hit and miss. Don't think I ever tried the beef wellington. The smoked trout is good when it is there along with the smoked salmon. There are a ton of other things so even if the steak isn't to your liking when you are there, you will be satisfied if you like the other things on the menu. If red meat is the only thing you want, you are better off going to Rio or some other smaller places.
Oh and they have pre-cut king and sno-crab, which makes it easy to dig out the meat without effort.
