  • This so called suites has Roaches in the rooms, as well as on the property. I was highly bothered with this continuous issue. My guest and I were offered an upgrade when I called to complain. I was offered a refund by a Rep. At 3 something in the morning, but only if I left right away. What an insult to be asked to leave at 3 something in the morning. Even though I'm not satisfied with staying here for the next few hours. I'm extremely exhausted especially since I drove in this morning from S.F. Smh..Never again!
