  • Nothing but terrible experiences with their service department. Employees are rude and seemingly incompetent - replaced an alternator there (using the aftermarket part they pushed for) only to have it fail a year later. Their loaner cars are dated, dirty, and reek of smoke and cheap air fresher. Would not recommend using Motorcars for anything.
