  • Had a recent experience with them and this place would not be one I considered very professional. Without going into much detail, they were fairly condescending to my wife and all it took was a little bit of PR skills and they would have made a lot of money off of me. I took my business elsewhere, and would have been willing to pay more elsewhere just on principle, but ended up saving - so while I have to thank them for being jerks and saving me money - one has to wonder how many others have walked and how much this money this place loses by just being a bit stupid in the people-skills department.
