I received a note that I could email the guy responding to my review. I also received a survey in the meantime which I pasted the same comments. I then received an email from .Hugo M.

We value the comments and would like to learn more about what happened and how we can address. If you would like to call me to discuss your comments further, I may be reached at 623-832-6657. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30 pm. "
I wasn't going to call but then decided that if speaking with him prevented somebody else from getting the lack of care I received; it would be worth the call. I called the next day. A woman answered who knew nothing about me or my survey, ask numerous irrelevant questions and then told me that Hugo M. "is in a meeting." I ask to leave my name and number letting her know that he emailed me about my survey responses. She took my info saying "he will return your call." That was a week ago. I am assuming he really did not care to "learn more about what happened."
