I worked with South Hills Honda back in October when my old car finally reached the point of no return (i.e. too rusty and old to repair). So after some research and debate I came to South Hills Honda with a family member to test drive a Honda Civic. While we hadn't planned on making a purchase that exact day, one smooth test drive and great overall experience later we left South Hills Honda with an order in the works.
The team here is quite excellent in my opinion - they'll chat with you during the entire process, give you walkthroughs of their new cars and the features of each one, and basically ensure that you feel as if you're the center of attention 99% of the time, which is what a good sales team should do. I had no problems during test driving, and when it came time to make a purchase we felt that the team was honest about what extra features and protections are worth investing in and which ones aren't.
What really impressed me, though, was the day that I brought my car back in to get repainted with a stronger paint that it came with (the stronger paint would ensure that it survives Pittsburgh's weather longer). I'd been prepared to work in a coffee shop down the street on my laptop most of the day. Nope - their in-house shuttle service took me home, then picked me up again to come back out and get my car when it was done. At no mandatory extra charge. Now THAT'S what I call impressive. This feature combined with my current ability to work from home will definitely ensure that my car gets the attention and service it needs!
It's been two months now and I am happily driving my first truly brand-new car thanks to these guys - and thanks to the excellent follow-up of the sales team, I've received a number of letters and coupons ensuring that my car will be given the attention it deserves for a lesser than usual price. I'm definitely excited to see where my new wheels take me, and pleased that this was the place I chose to get them at.
