  • They pick up and deliver, and prices are comparable if I had dropped off the items myself. Fantastic and friendly customer service, and down to it, they did a great job on all of clothing. Second time around, however, no one came at our reserved time and didn't get any phone call or messages. I called to say wtf and didn't hear back until that evening and without any apology, they asked if we can reschedule for the Friday of that week (it was Tuesday).
