The pharmacy is open closed open closed. You can't rely on it so I haven't tried in over a year.
This review is for the medical care rather than the pharmacy all in the same office but the clinic doesn't have a separate listing.
I've been to this clinic half a dozen times for myself and I've taken each of my children on several occasions. I like their hours. I can get seen on a Sunday or in the evening after work which is really nice. You don't usually see Dr Tran. Most of the time it's a very young PA who steps out to research what she should do next. The office staff is frazzled and rude most of the time but the PA's are usually very nice.
The paperwork is usually a mess and hold on tight if you ask for a referral to a specialist. Don't expect your lab results on time and be prepared to beg to get them at all. There have been a few times I didn't expect to go back after feeling insulted by the women working the front counter but I've always ended up going in again anyway because of the hours.
Each and every time I've ever gone in they have collected my copay. They are actually quite aggressive about collecting it. And yet every time I go in they claim there's a balance from a previous visit they also need to collect. My daughter went in recently and they collected a past due balance of over $100 plus the $30 copay. They told her the past due was because we hadn't met our deductible yet but we don't have a deductible! That was the last straw. I pulled out every explanation of benefits from my insurance company and every payment transaction to Procare on my bank statement. It took two hours to go through it all because we have been going there over three years.
After checking everything I found they have collected $1279 more than my insurance company says they should have charged me. I notified the insurance company and sent them all the supporting documentation for review. The very next day my daughter calls me and says ProCare just called her trying to collect another past due balance!
This is a racket and I'm done playing. I will work with my insurance company to get my money back and I will find another doctor.
