| - I rented an apartment from them from 2014-2015. During our walk through, the apartment was filthy, dirt all over the floor, dust on all the window coverings, and the most calcium & gunk build up I've ever seen on a toilet. I had asked them if it would be cleaned before I moved in to which they said yes. This was never done & I was slapped with a cleaning fee once I moved out. Additionally they were so disorganized about the keys that were given to us, they sent us to the post office to pick up mail keys and come to find out the office at the apartments had them. When I called to inform them about this so they could notify future tenants and let them know I took time off of work to do this, the front desk receptionist proceeded to yell at me and that it wasn't her issue & they can't be sure about specific rules about each property they manage. Isn't that your job?
Throughout renting the property there were several issues including the washing machine breaking, the dryer not working, and the bathroom continuously flooding one of the rooms. Each time I called to notify them, which was usually after hours due to my work schedule, the person on the other line was rude and seemed bothered by me informing them issues I'm sure the owner would like to be taken care of.
The issue that really sealed the deal on NEVER renting or using them to rent my properties was when our AC broke in the middle of summer and it took them two days to get a technician out to us. We called after 24 hours and they sounded like they hadn't even put the work order in AND again bothered that I would call them. As anyone who lives in Las Vegas, not having AC can be a life threatening situation. How could they not follow up on that?
Overall I had the poorest experience in working with them. I would highly urge people to rent from another company who will treat you with respect and professionalism as that is not how USA Property Management conducts business.
