  • I have to say that my husband and I are planning a cross country move from Pennsylvania to Phoenix and we were connected with Jake. He communicated with us in he utmost professional manner and while he had a great amount of questions, it was his intent to assure that all of our needs would be met to the maximum potential. Jake explored our careers, reason for moving, and what our daily needs for living would entail. Jake even explored potential hours of work and peak traffic times to be sure that we had all information possible so that we are able to make an informed decision. His attitude provides a great amount of insight into how the property is managed. I have to say that we are on a flexible timeline for moving related to multiple variables, however Jake continues to follow up with us and assure we have the most up to date information on his property and also continues to provide insight into the area. It is professionals like Jake that make the process of relocating a true pleasure. While we have not secured any definite plans currently, we will continue to remain in contact with Jake to assure that our move is seamless. Jake has thoroughly impressed us and we look forward to the time we can be local with such a wonderful person. Professionals like Jake are a rare find and I cannot wait to move. Another reason to look forward to Arizona for us.
