  • I had high hopes for this salon so I'm super bummed to leave a 2 star review. I've gone on a few different occasions within a 3mo timeframe. The salon is beautiful and well kept. There are a ton of color options for gel. My first experience I was paired with a technician to do my pedicure and nails. Shortly after the pedicure started, she was taken away and another tech came to finish. Slightly annoying but i went with it because I thought she had an appointment or established client to accommodate. After my pedicure, there was no one available to do my nails so I had to wait 15min for the original tech to finish and assist me. Overall, I was happy with the outcome of my nails so i went back. My last experience, I had an appt scheduled for 10am which I was told was the first available of the day for the tech I selected. When I arrived 10min prior to my appt, I was told from the nail tech that she was running 30-45min behind. How does that happen?! In general people make appointments to avoid waiting as a walk in. The salon was packed and obviously catered to the walk ins over their existing appointments. I'm choosing to leave the technicians name out of this review because I don't believe it's her fault in any way but that of the management for their lack of consideration to their existing and returning appointments and customers. Needless to say, I won't be back.
