  • If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the most incompetent, unethical company I have ever done business with. Not only did they not schedule service as contractually obligated to, one I started calling for service, they stood me up. Three times. I contacted Greg, the account manager, who assured me he would release me from my contract without paying a $200 cancellation fee as this was "unusual" for them to have this type of issue. Fast forward three months, and I get a collection notice in the mail. Also, what a surprise, Greg is not willing to call me back. If you want a company that provides no service, takes your money, and refuses to talk to you - you found it, enjoy!
