  • Charlotte Allstar could be "Allstar" but the front desk staff is ALWAYS - and I mean ALWAYS crabby and unwelcoming. I have been bringing my three (3) grandchildren to this gym for a few months and there has not been one time when we were greeted with a "hi, great to see you" not once. Not when we show for a paid class, not when we show for an open gym, which you do pay a nominal fee. Not once. It's like they don't want you there. Like you are a nuisance. So weird. My granddaughter really wants to be a gymnast so I bring her here but not sure I will continue at this place. Also, one of the instructors made fun of my grandson's name. Who does that? Unprofessional staff and unfriendly at all times. It takes just as much time to rude as it does to be friendly.
