  • AC lost my luggage 8 days ago, it was found 3 days ago in Montreal, but now it is lost again, I have had to call them every day for the last 8 days, it has been the most frustrating to deal with. They say they are going to call with info but they don't, they say it will be found but it is and then is not. AC is the worse to deal with. Don't recommend it to anyone.
