  • Initially the experience was pleasant. I got my eyebrows done and the technician was very uneven in her work. She finished her job on the eyebrows and I directed her as to the pieces that I wanted changed. After I paid and left, I went back and asked for a refund on the eyebrows (I got my lip and chin done too - which were fine) because I then realized just how uneven the job was done which I thought she had fixed. When asked very kindly for a refund, I was essentially laughed at in my face. They offered to fix it but I said no because she already tried. I think it's fair to ask for a refund if you're not happy with a service that you have paid for. They ended up fixing my eyebrows but they still don't look up to par. Very unprofessional behaviour on part of some of the staff. Never coming back here.
