  • I was very sad to bring my brand new 2015 Ford Ecoboost Premium Mustang to the Arizona Dent Shop after being hit by a truck on my left rear panel. (No offense, guys - I just never wanted an excuse to use your services on my poor beautiful brand new car!) That said, I couldn't have been more pleased with the sense of urgency and sincere level of care provided by the team at Arizona Dent Shop. Jay, the owner, personally inspected my car when I brought it in for an estimate. He provided a quote on the spot. We set an appointment for the following Monday since Jay was pretty certain the dent would be an all-day project. Over the course of the weekend, I remembered that I also had a small rock dent on the front left side of my hood. On Monday, I brought the car in bright and early and was offered a ride in to work (right down the street). I also asked about the extra dent and said I'd be happy to pay for that one separately if I needed to. I was told they'd be happy to take care of it as well. Received a phone call around 2:00 or 2:30p that my car was ready for pick up. The shop sent one of their guys to come pick me up from work and drive me back to my vehicle, where I was told that they had fixed the front panel dent for me completely free of charge. Final cost was exactly as quoted, to the dollar. No hidden fees, not even tax! Needless to say, I drove my back-to-like-new Mustang away a very satisfied customer. Hopefully I never have a reason to see this crew again, if you know what I mean; BUT... If you ever find yourself in the position of needing a dent repaired, consider talking with these guys before you pay big $$$ to have it handled elsewhere. They work some real magic here and prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. Plus, they work fast, with an obvious commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Arizona Dent Shop, for hooking me up with a sweet and affordable fix. You definitely made my day! Appreciate ya.
