  • This is the closest, local spot for tacos so I've been here a few times now. The food prep is pretty quick, so they don't take orders by phone. This is true, since it only took about 10 minutes to get my two asada burritos, four tacos (half carnitas, half chorizo), an elote and salsa---with one order ahead of mine. The man taking orders is always friendly and approachable. My favorite thing to order is their steak burrito. It's filling, flavorful, and they take the time to grill both sides making the tortilla crispy (mmm!). I also love their salsa roja! It's spicy and has a smoked chipotle flavor. They never seem to throw enough of it in my bag, so I've had buy an extra container to be satisfied. Their carnitas is often dry, chorizo over-salted/greasy and the elote was watery. I would recommend asada and lengua, if ordering tacos. These items would generally get a two-star review, but because of the service, price, and of course my favorite item, I give them three stars and am a returning customer.
