  • * Dropped off purse for cleaning with 1/8" pen mark. * Paid at least $60 for mark removal. * Quoted 6 weeks turn around time but now told it will be at least 7 weeks instead. * Reason for delay: "We also work for large bag companies. We are running behind." Am I not a paying customer too?? I guess I don't matter. Customer service=nothing! Not worth the money or the time.
