  • Bought painting in online auction advertised as "original oil on silk." When my framer took apart the frame it turned out to be a post card. I turned it in and got a refund, and the assurance that they would dispose of what has no value at all. Then a month later I saw and won online bidding (J Levine) what looked like the painting I bought and found was a fake. It was the same item! A fake!! Recycled!!! Now I wonder about the thousands of dollars I've spent on what was advertised by J Levine as original art work?? Buyer beware. It has been about 2-3 months, and not a word from J. Levine. No apology. Buyer beware.
