  • Live super close so thought it would be great to try this place, build a rapport, etc. The security and front desk people are great. Never had an issue with them. However, the last few times haven't been good. Came in one time based on a text about a special, and the special was gone. Tender gave me a magazine to use a code for something else, but I had to order online. Tried that and the time passed for online order. I came at 10pm, I guess online orders stop 2hrs before closing. Not clear. So I try to use the code online a week later, doesn't work. I call and speak to someone, she tells me to still order and when I get in, the tender will give me the discount. Get there and the tender tells me the code was from the issue in February magazine, it was March 13th, I came in March 1st when the tender gave me the code from the magazine. Lol. However the tender did honor the code, and gives me a business card with a code to use for my troubles and next time. Tried again a week later, same thing, code doesn't work, had to call, told the same thing, tender will take off discount. Tender took it off due to front desk remembering our conversation on the phone. Tonight I was on the website and there was an option to apply a code to get $10 off your first online order. Granted, I know I've ordered a couple times now offline, I'm thinking the code won't work, well what do you know, it works. Get my total, go down to pick it up, tender tells me a different price. I explain to her what I did and what the order was given to me online. She sighs and says, let me go get my manager. Manager comes out, doesn't speak or anything, looks stoned and says, yeah it's only for first time online orders and you've ordered. I said well, it allowed me to apply the code, I'm aware of what I've done. She says oh there was a glitch in the system. So I ask, well since it's a glitch can't you still honor the discount and especially bc I have been here with this same issue a few times now. Manager points the blame and says it's not us, it's the baker system. I just thanked her and walked out. Moral of the story is, the codes don't work and when they do, they're not honored. I'm pretty reasonable and don't expect to "get over" but come on, I've had an issue every time. Customer service is huge and this place lacks that in aspects!
