  • So after listening to people tell me they could fix something without calling a pool service, having my vacuum repaired and that not working and me getting worried I had to buy another pool pump. I gave Down Under a 911 request for service and Luke came out and fixed the problem, the next morning when I reached out the previous evening, said it was just general maintenance and not a worry moving forward. I will definitely just go to the experts first moving forward. Thank you Luke and your crew, always doing amazing work and being so kind about it.
