  • I am a new resident and might I say dealing with the Nexa property management has been extremely easy and has given me a regained faith on property management companies. Kayla in particular was an absolute pleasure to work with! While looking for apartments I had a bad taste in my moth from other companies and properties... Kayla was a breathe of fresh air and turned around everything in my experience with finding a new home. I knew that the first time walking through this property with Kayla this was the place I wanted to call home. Kayla worked and made sure I became a resident here and for that I cannot thank her enough. The customer service here is insanely top notch here when it comes to property management. Nexa is the top of the line when it comes to new apartment communities in the Phoenix area. Being a realtor I am super picky and this property meets all the criteria. I'd highly recommend checking Nexa out before you sign a lease anywhere else
