  • Although the service was great the food was lacking, granted I am comparing it to the Noodle Bar where they import noodles and make broth from scratch. I'm not saying the food was bad, it was actually good but just not as good as other ramen. The matcha tea was super on point and I loved the idea of the chili bar (all types of hot sauce on a rolling bar cart). It's a great alternative if other places are closed, because Sosaba stays open till 2am! Which is awesome for us late night owls.
