  • Price was great. Service was great. Attitude was great. Brian sent Earl out to my home for a consultation. No sales pitch. He just answered my questions, and if he couldn't, he called Brian to get the answer while he was still at my home. No waiting until the next day. I had a lot of questions, and Earl and Bran were both great. Install was set up for the next week. Water softener in the garage and R/O in the kitchen installed in a few hours, really quickly and professionally. No mess left for me and my wife to clean. They also put salt in the softener to get us started. I already called with a follow-up question (the day after installation) and Brian was super polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Integrity!
