rev:text	Chris Umfrid is by far the most thorough, brilliant sales person we have ever done business with in four different states. As a military family, it is difficult for us to make personal connections with our car/vehicle folks but Chris maintained a sharp connection with our entire family for the last year while we were trying to decide on a Ducati for my 19yo son. From addressing us by name, to doing what he said he was going to do, to treating my disabled daughter with the utmost kindness, to having the greatest attitude every single time we visited (and it was quite a bit)... Chris receives our highest recommendation. Additionally, Chuck in Finance was exceptionally kind and helpful in making us comfortable about the purchase. We could not have asked for a better group of guys for my son's first bike and we have made lifelong friends in the process.
