  • This job started out good and ended good but definitely had some bumps along the way. They quoted 7 to 10 days and it took over a month to complete a re plaster. They started on time, chipped out and then nothing. One of them mentioned that they were concerned about the floor and someone would call us. On the day they were supposed to re plaster, I contacted them and asked where they were. Response was problem with floor and they were not going to show up. Supposedly they tried to reach me via cell phone 14 times and my phone wasn't picking up or receiving text?? Anyway $2000 later they redid floor of pool and completed. Also, We wanted fittings replaced since pool is over 30 years old and one was broken. They assured us this would be done last. Apparently no one looked at our fittings to see that they don't make anymore until job was done. After complaining, Don found 1 new fitting to replace the broken one. Pool ended up looking great but only 1 new fitting and job cost unexpectedly $2000 more, and their communication was very poor along the way.
