  • I want to love this store I reeeally do, but I'm always disappointed after each visit and I just may give up. Customer service needs to be improved at the bakery and dessert counter, there is none. I was totally ignored at the counter by at least 3-4 employees who don't want to look up and ask if I need any help. I got my breads and desserts elsewhere. I think the overall feel from staff in the store is impersonal. I can get organic anything elsewhere with much friendlier service and cheaper prices. I may return if I hear they improve on customer service.
