Pre-Empt is a cheap/inexpensive pest control service. But, you get what you pay for. Do NOT recommend.

Rachel is a liar. 1st, this is NOT the first complaint. For almost 2 years, we have been requesting a morning SAturday appointment. WE continually were promised "next month". In June when they called they said they were coming even LATER than previous months. At NO time were we told there was a "family emergency". I said the afternoon did not work for us, and we needed a morning appointment. The lady who called each month with the appointment time said "that's right, I'm sorry I keep forgetting you need a morning appointment. I will see what I can do and call you back." Rachel, who said she was the owner's wife, called and left a horrible message on my cell phone which my entire family heard telling us if we didn't like it we could find another pest control company. So, I called back and told her that is exactly what we would do. Additionally, at that time she told me she had to save the morning appointments for new customers. At no time did she even ATTEMPT to work with us OR offer us other time frames. It was her time or no time.
The technicians who identified themselves as the owner and the owners brother were nice and respectful. However, Rachel informed us that her husband is the owner and that the technician who came to our home was not the owner.
Rachel is the SOLE reason we posted a negative review. She is rude and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend dealing with Pre-empt or any small business whose owner does NOT believe in customer service and who views customers repeated requests as "demands" or a nuisance.
