  • My husband and I came here on cinco de mayo at exactly 10pm. We may have even walked through the doors at 9:58pm. We start looking at the menu, there's tons of people inside and outside and two people ahead of us ordering food. All of the sudden A woman that looked like maybe a manager rudely says that they are CLOSED. .........you're.... closed ? Really cause there's a ton of people in here and people ordering, those were my thoughts. We said, ok... So we left. Uberrito, don't you think that in that instance the customer shouldn't be turned away? Your doors were wide open and there were customers every where, even ordering food a foot in front of us? It would have taken 5 minutes to make us a burrito. I can understand if it was dead in there and there is no one ordering food... I've worked in restaurants for 6 years. We have been waiting to try this place because it's extremely close to our house. We definitely would have been regulars. Your stupid lady manager just lost you guys money. Bummer. Hard to review positively with this sort of experience. Good luck Uberrito. We ended up going to MOD and it was delicious, we are frequent there. The staff is very friendly and we would have never experienced this sort of customer service there..
