  • Have to update with another great experience at KCM! Had to have a bunch of work done on our jeep (we knew it was coming). KCM gave us a quote and we got it in for the repairs 2 days later. Around noon that day Jules called to update us. Turns out one part that they thought might need replacing was actually okay and just needed tightening. There was one other modifiation to the initally quoted work. Here I'm thinking: "oh no, how much more is this going to cost me?" Then Jules lets me know it's going to be about 60 dollars less than they quoted. When does THAT happen?! I'll tell you! When you take your business to trustworthy professionals! Thanks again to Chris and Jules and everyone at KCM!
