  • This is the most poorly run Starbucks I have ever been to. As a loyal Customer for 15 years - the experience, wait time and entire energy in the store is terrible. I have consistently waited 25 min for 1 coffee and the poor employees are deflated by the chaos. The leadership at this Starbucks needs an overhaul.
