  • Can I just tell you how freaking awesome this store is? Well, more specifically this one guy who works in this store. I WISH so hard that I remembered his name. But basically I called EVERY friggin' Teavana shop in the state of Missouri and NO ONE had any Sweet Oolong Revolution tea left in stock. What is Sweet Oolong you ask? Well, it's only the most fucking amazing tea ever made....EVER. EVER EVER. And Teavana was evil and discontinued it. So I was crying pretty hard when I realized in December that it was discontinued in October. Only SOME shops had the discontinued teas from Oct. still in stock. And heavily marked down too...like 75% off! So I called and called and called. No one had it. I was calling shops in other states randomly. And I called this one. And the super sweet guy on the phone went and checked EVERY friggin' shelf to see if they had any left. And they had ONE tin left. Hallelujah! I asked him if he could ship it to me from the store. I was dreading the reply....I don't think shops like this ship to people because I figured if people wanted something they'd buy it online or just go to a local shop. But I don't live in Pittsburgh anymore. I figured worst-case scenario would be that my mum would drive to the store and pick it up for me one day if I paid over the phone, they might hold it. But no, I didn't have to worry. Because this super kind guy told me he would MAIL ME THE TEA. Yes, like direct to my home in St. Charles, MO. Holy cow. He said that normally you'd have to spend $50 or more to have them ship stuff to you. But he understood how much I love Sweet Oolong Revolution and offered to ship it to me anyway. Omg so nice! And my total bill was only $20. I paid with my CC over the phone. I got 13oz of tea!! For $20! Normally like $75. And it's my most favorite-est tea in the world and it's all I have left of it since they don't make it anymore. Also I told him I'd pay for the shipping fees and he said no big deal. They didn't even charge me for freight. Omg. So happy! One of my best experiences ordering over the phone ever. I got the package within a few days and the tea came in a beautiful tin and smelled amazing. I really want to like...write this guy a thank you note or at least call the shop and tell him the tea arrived safely and that he's amazeballs awesome!! :D
