  • RUDE. My husband and I were discussing updating the floors in our home and came across this place while visiting a nearby store. As soon as we walked in, the salesperson looked at us and promptly walked to the back room. No hello. No can I help you. NOTHING. We walked around for 5 minutes browsing until I told my guy we should leave. We were in the showroom for 5 minutes and the entire time the salesman never came back. Go ahead and hide.. we left.. Great first impression.
