What's that, you say? A non-chain restaurant in Medina that's vegetarian-friendly? Hooray!
Is this the greatest Italian food I've ever had? Of course not. But I've been to Santosuosso's (Santo Suosso's?) many times, and always been satisfied with my meal. The sauce and pasta are always good, as is the service, and there's something to be said for being reliable.
There are a few quibbles, of course. It's overpriced, and it's ridiculous that you have to pay $8 if you want a salad that has real greens instead of just iceberg lettuce. And the bread is only a step above wonder bread -- no flavor or crustiness at all. But normalized for Medina, Santosuosso's definitely gets four stars.
