I have banked with Chase for about 12 years now and was very displeased when we moved to Gilbert and I started going to the closest branch to do bank errands. The staff seem detached, distracted, discourteous and at times rude.
Sure it is a large mega corporation and there is bound to be a few bad apples when you have so many locations and so many employees, but this perticular location could use some training in customer service.
